IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION - June 5 - 7 2026

Juried Event Notice
This is a juried event. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by March 30, 2026. Space is extremely limited. Only one vendor per category will be selected. Preference goes to vendors that align with the event’s theme: Mead, Metal, and Vikings. Other vendors will most certainly be accepted though.

Event Logistics

  • Outdoor + Rain or Shine

  • Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs.

  • Vendors must set up by 11am on Friday June 5th and stay set up all weekend unless given prior permission.

  • This is a metal music festival – expect loud, live music after dark.

  • Vendors must supply their own lighting and power for nighttime hours.

What We’re Looking For

  • Handmade or self-designed items (drawn, written, crafted, etc.) preferred.

  • No Resell or Wholesale products

Fees & Payment

  • $150 vending fee, billed via Square by Brimming Horn / TBHM LLC once approved.

  • Payment is due within 20 days of acceptance. If unpaid, your spot may be given to someone else.

  • Once confirmed, your attendance is expected. No-shows may affect future applications.

  • No refunds unless under extreme, approved circumstances.

Insurance Requirement
All vendors must carry general liability insurance and list TBHM LLC as an additional insured: Insurance papers will need to be sent by April 15th 2026.
